Fair wages

Each employee receives an attractive basic monthly salary in accordance with his or her qualifications and job. If business develops well, all employees receive a share of the profits every year. The amount is the same for all. The mode of calculation for profit-sharing was set out in an agreement between the company and the works council. Outstanding performance may be recognised with an individual bonus, the amount of which may be up to one month’s gross salary per year.

Meals allowances

We support our employees’ daily needs through a meal allowance and a complimentary coffee and drink selection.
